We collect information you provide directly (account registration, support tickets, billing details), data generated through your use of our services (usage metrics, logs, IP addresses), and data collected automatically (cookies, analytics).
We use your data to provision and operate your services, send invoices and account notifications, improve our platform through aggregated analytics, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
We share data only with trusted sub-processors (payment processors, email providers) under strict data processing agreements, and with law enforcement when legally required. A full list of sub-processors is available on request.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Micro Cloud platform accessible at https://micro.cloud-ip.cc. By creating an account or using any service, you confirm you are 18 years of age or older and have legal authority to bind yourself or your organisation.
Micro Cloud provides cloud infrastructure services including VPS, bare metal, managed Kubernetes, object storage, GPU compute, and private networking. Service descriptions and specifications are published at the time of order and may be updated with 30 days' notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.
Services are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are due within 14 days. Overdue accounts may be suspended after 7 days' written notice. All prices exclude applicable taxes.
You may not use our services for illegal activities, sending unsolicited communications, distributing malware, or any activity that degrades service quality for other customers. Violation may result in immediate account termination. See our full Acceptable Use Policy for details.
Service Level Agreements are defined per product tier. Micro Cloud's total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to fees paid for the affected service during that period.
You may terminate at any time with 30 days' notice. We may terminate for cause with immediate effect. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days then securely deleted.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules.

Micro Cloud guarantees the following monthly uptime percentages measured over each calendar month. Downtime is defined as total accumulated minutes where the service is unavailable, excluding scheduled maintenance windows communicated 48 hours in advance.
If monthly uptime falls below the guaranteed level, you are eligible for service credits applied to your next invoice: 10% credit for each 0.1% below target, up to a maximum of 30% of monthly fees for the affected service.
This SLA does not apply to scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, issues caused by customer misconfiguration, or third-party services outside Micro Cloud's control.
Micro Cloud is committed to full compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation. This page outlines our approach.
When you use Micro Cloud services, we act as a Data Processor for the data your applications handle, and as a Data Controller for account and billing information. We provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) to all customers upon request.
For transfers of EU personal data outside the European Economic Area, Micro Cloud relies on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and operates EU-resident data centers in Amsterdam and Frankfurt for customers requiring data residency.
We maintain a current list of approved sub-processors and notify customers of changes with at least 30 days' notice. You may object to new sub-processors in writing within the notice period.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate service suspension without refund:
You may not take actions that degrade service quality for other customers, including intentional flooding, DoS origination, or BGP route hijacking. Any customer responsible for network-level abuse will be null-routed immediately and suspended.
To report abuse originating from Micro Cloud IP space, email abuse@micro.cloud-ip.cc with full headers and supporting evidence. We investigate all reports within 24 hours.
Violations may result in traffic throttling, service suspension, account termination, and in severe cases, referral to law enforcement. We cooperate fully with all lawful requests from authorities.
